"Závodění v RR7 má být údajně mnohem více o strategii, než tomu bylo v minulosti. Poprvé v sérii si totiž budete moci upravovat své plechové miláčky a to jak vizuálně, tak po stránce jejich výkonu, i když na pořadu dne budou snadno přístupné a zjednodušené možnosti tak trochu poplatné téhle arkádové řadě. Takže žádné hardcore ladění ve stylu Gran Turisma či počinu Forza Motorsport.

Samozřejmě tady nebude chybět Nitro implementace a to hned na několik různých způsobů. Upravení smykování a jak moc dobře bude váš vůz sedět na vozovce. V neposledku pak padla zmínka o hodně zajímavém atributu, který poslouží k analýze soupeřova Nitro-boostu, resp. k odhalení, kdy je jeho Nitro naplněné a konkurenční řidič jej tedy může aktivovat. Takže jste-li zrovna před ním, můžete mu takticky zablokovat cestu! Mluví se o 375.000 kombinacích stran shora naznačeného tunimgu vašeho auta, počítaje v to i 7.150 prvků vylepšujících přímo jeho výkon. A pokud v tomto bodě nebudete na výši vězte, že během závodění nemá chybět ani oblíbená jízda ve vzduchovém pytli..."
